On a Diet? The Best Food and Drink Choices at Wall Street Wraps

Eating well should leave you satisfied. A good lunch can have crunch, spice, a proper serving of protein and a drink you enjoy all while fitting your weight-management goals.

At Wall Street Wraps, start with vegetables, a protein source, a portion that suits your appetite and a drink without added sugar. Your overall eating pattern matters more than any single order.

Wall Street Wraps Menu Items

These are our picks from the WSW menu. Calorie figures are menu estimates for standard portions, before the suggested changes. Dressings, ingredients and extras can change the totals.

Tuna Salad: a strong everyday choice. The Tuna Salad combines tuna with lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, onions and your choice of homemade dressing. 290–360 calories.

It is a useful starting point when you want protein and plenty of vegetables in one meal. Ask for dressing on the side so you can control the amount. Balsamic Vinegar is one option if you prefer a sharp, simple finish.

Try it with The Green Back, ordered without added sweetener, for a fresh lunch pairing.

Thai Chili Express Rice Bowl: plenty of flavor in a smaller portion. This bowl includes a choice of grilled chicken breast, beef or tofu, alongside rice, vegetables, Thai spices and homemade Thai chili ginger sauce.

The Junior portion is approximately 220–250 calories, compared with 435–501 for the Large. Choose the protein you enjoy, and ask whether you can have a little less rice and more vegetables. Replacing some rice with vegetables can help reduce a meal’s calories while maintaining its volume.

Rice can fit into your diet. Choose an amount that suits your appetite and the rest of your day.

Little Italy Wrap: a practical wrap choice. The Little Italy Wrap (Hot or Mild) brings together grilled chicken breast, beef or tofu with roasted peppers and onions, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and homemade Italian dressing.

The Junior portion is estimated at 272–309 calories. It is a good option when you want the convenience of a wrap with vegetables and a protein choice.

Ask for a light amount of dressing. Pair it with an unsweetened Iced Black Tea or Café Americano for a straightforward lunch.

Poppy’s Superfood Salad: our plant-based pick. This salad combines quinoa, roasted peppers and onions, mixed seeds and nuts, vegetables and homemade Basil Lemon Dressing. The standard salad is approximately 359 calories.

Choose it when you want variety and texture in a vegetable-based meal. If you want more protein, tofu is one of the listed add-ons. Adding tofu, chicken, tuna or cheese changes the standard calorie total.

BBQ Chicken Rice Bowl: a familiar favourite in a Junior portion. The BBQ Chicken Rice Bowl (Mild or Spicy) includes BBQ chicken breast, rice, lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, onion and homemade BBQ sauce.

Junior portion is approximately 260 calories, compared with 460 for the Large. For a smaller appetite, the Junior offers the same flavors in a lighter portion.

Ask for sauce on the side if you want more control over how much goes into your bowl.

The Protein Bomb Salad: a substantial meal for a bigger appetite. This salad includes 200 grams of chicken breast with romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, carrots, tomato, onion and homemade dressing. 490–560 calories.

Choose it when you want a substantial chicken-based meal and the portion fits your needs. Ask for less Parmesan and dressing on the side if you prefer a lighter version.

Consider the whole order, too. An unsweetened tea or coffee pairs easily with an already generous salad.

Give your drink the same attention as your meal. Choosing drinks without added sugar is a practical way to manage the calories in your order.

WSW has several options:

  • Café Americano or Espresso: straightforward coffee choices when served without sugar, syrup or cream. Café Americano is available hot or iced.

  • Green Tea, Black Tea, Iced Green Tea or Iced Black Tea: everyday options to order unsweetened. For herbal flavours, consider Ginger Tea or Chamomile Tea.

  • The Green Back: cucumber, lemon and mint. Ask for it without added sugar, honey or syrup.

  • The Golden Bull: green tea, ginger, turmeric, black pepper and lemon. Enjoy it unsweetened for its flavour and refreshment.

Protein smoothies can fit, too. The Cucumber Lemon and Blueberry Banana flavours are available with a whey or vegan protein option. Count the smoothie as part of your food intake for the day.

The Heavy Hitter, with banana, peanut butter, oats and protein, is a more substantial choice. It can fit as a planned snack or part of a meal, depending on your needs. Include the whole drink when planning your intake.

Start with a portion that suits your appetite, include vegetables and a protein source, and decide whether you want a refreshing drink or a substantial smoothie. A Junior portion can suit a lighter lunch; a larger meal may suit a bigger appetite or a more active day.

For your next visit, try the Tuna Salad with The Green Back, the Junior Little Italy Wrap with Iced Black Tea, or the Junior Thai Chili Express Rice Bowl with Café Americano—all drinks ordered unsweetened.
